We have many opportunities for you to get involved with this exciting celebration. By donating your time and expertise to a nationally-renowned youth arts education organization, you will gain valuable non-profit volunteer experience while helping BYSO achieve ambitious goals and grow our impact in the community!
The BYSO Council acts as leadership and support for our growing strategic initiatives. Individuals who join the Council bring their skills, connections, and interest in supporting BYSO’s mission through various initiatives focused on raising the profile of BYSO. You do not need to be an alumnus, or even a musician!

Are you a BYSO Alum looking to get more involved? Become an Ambassador! This dedicated group supports meaningful engagement with other alumni, including through outreach and events. You can serve as a liaison between BYSO and Alumni, ensuring a connected and growing community.

As a nonprofit organization, BYSO relies on donations from individuals and institutions to fulfill our mission. The Parent Fundraising Circle is a group of active volunteers who are dedicated to creating a culture of philanthropy within the BYSO community, particularly with other parents and families.

BYSO can use a helping hand and a friendly face at its concerts throughout the season! Help the Marketing department run the ticket will-call table, gift shop, and usher at concerts and events.
