RSVP with acceptance or regrets by Monday, May 18
when parts will be sent out; latecomers will be accepted!

BYSO is thrilled to offer a unique afternoon of connection, collaboration, and creativity with (G)BYSO alumni from across the decades. Musicians from rusty to professional and everything in between are encouraged to bring your instrument and play through Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 in E minor, “From the New World,” led by Adrian Slywotzky ’98. Part assignments and music will be provided approximately 2 weeks in advance.

No longer playing, or no longer have access to an instrument? No problem: Playing is not required! Alumni and their immediate families are welcome to observe the rehearsal, tour the BYSO Youth Center for Music with our new President and CEO Keith C. Elder ’88, and stay for the reception. We’ll have memorabilia dating back to our founding in 1958 through the present to spark fond memories of your time in rehearsal, at camp, on tour, and onstage, while looking towards the future and forging new friendships with fellow alumni, including the newest class of 2026.
