BYSO Alumni, you are invited to join us in making pasta together, led by Fed!
Feel free to join and cook along from your home, or just come and hang out! If you’d like to cook, please make sure you have the ingredients below on hand (makes 2 servings).
- 1/2 pound of spaghetti, linguine, or penne (Fed recommends the DeCecco brand, or Barilla)
- 1 pound of ripe, fresh tomatoes (Fed recommends small or medium sized) OR 12 ounces of canned peeled tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Parmesan cheese (real cheese; not the kind from a jar!)
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher or coarse salt
