1966 David Archibald, Clarinet, Alumni Advisor Lexington, Massachusetts I'm currently a human resources director, a job that calls for almost no musical talent. My non-work activities are mostly musical: as assistant conductor for the Wellesley Symphony Orchestra, conductor of a Lexington-based horn ensemble and music arranger for the WSO, Boston Civic and some smaller groups.
Judy Norsigian, Cello Newton, Massachusetts I remember the trips to the White House and Carnegie Hall as high points. A few of us in the eighth grade were especially fascinated with the budding romances of older orchestra members and peeked above the seats in the bus to see "what was going on" up front. I am now Executive Director of Our Bodies Ourselves, a women's health education and advocacy organization that works globally.
Alan L. Peterson, Cello Nice to see GBYSO is alive and well. I have many fond memories with music and friends. After the USN for 5 years, I landed here in Sunapee, NH, and taught general music K-12 for 30 years. I teach privately now as well as teaching sailing and windsurfing, drive bus part-time, and am one of the captains on the 2 Lake Sunapee cruise boats. Come join me sometime, especially the summer!
