International Tour Traditionally, every other year, the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestras' (BYSO) Boston Youth Symphony (BYS) embarks on an international tour. These tours provide students with an invaluable opportunity to perform abroad in internationally prestigious venues as well as to experience different cultures. 2010: BYS traveled to Great Britain for the BYSO's 20th International Tour in June.
2008: For its 19th international tour, the Boston Youth Symphony traveled to Germany and the Czech Republic to perform at the world-renowned Gewandhaus in Leipzig, Germany, in June-July 2008. Click here for photos!
