Chuck Borque, Piano
David Jost, Saxophone
Ashland, Massachusetts
I am currently the Coordinator of Fine Arts for the Westborough Public Schools in Westborough, Massachusetts. I still am an active performer in and around the Worcester area and have many students who are or who have carried on the GBYSO tradition of excellence!
Geoffrey M. Hennessy, Violin
Cynthia Murphy, Violin
Louise Bears Pajak, Cello Patricia Feig Steiner, Tuba
Rozan Stone Anderson, Bassoon
I'm still playing away after all these years (in fact, I just bought a new bassoon for the first time since 1972)! I've had several careers: a programmer/analyst, full-time mom, piano technician, and nonprofit executive director. I'm currently the principal bassoonist for the Edgewood Chamber Orchestra in Madison, WI, as well as with the Pentissimo Woodwind Quintet, and whatever other playing opportunities come my way. My two daughters are freshmen in college: one's at Michigan, and the other's a violinist who played in the Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestras (also founded by Marv Rabin) and is now at Carleton.
Joseph M. Kuszay, Trumpet
After GBYSO I attended Lowell State College and Berkeley College of Music. Due to an unfortunate lip injury, I was not able to pursue a music career. I spent the next 27 years in law enforcement as a police officer for the City of Fall River, Houston Police, Mass. Registry Police, finally retiring as a Mass.state trooper. Currently, I live in Somerset, MA with my wife Faith and my two sons, Chris (11) and Michael (13), who both play the trumpet.
